These Terms of Service govern your use of APKBZ (apkbz.com). By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site. The terms are written in plain language on purpose; if anything is unclear, ask us at contact@apkbz.com rather than guessing.
Educational Purpose of Our Content
APKBZ publishes guides, explanations, benchmarks, and opinions about Android launcher software, principally Smart Launcher 6, for educational and informational purposes. Our content describes how to configure software on your own device. It is not professional technical support, it does not create any relationship between you and us beyond that of publisher and reader, and following a guide is always your own decision and at your own risk.
No Warranty
All content is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Android behaviour varies by device manufacturer, model, Android version, OEM skin, carrier build, and app version; a setting that works exactly as described on one phone may behave differently, be located elsewhere, or be unavailable on another. We work hard to keep guides accurate and to re-verify them after major updates, but we cannot guarantee that every instruction will match your specific device or that a result we measured will be identical on your hardware. Always keep a backup of your launcher layout before making significant changes — Smart Launcher supports exporting your configuration, and using it is part of responsible customization, not an optional extra.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this site to violate any applicable law, to infringe the rights of others, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure, or to scrape content at a scale that degrades service for other readers. Comments and messages sent to us must not contain unlawful, abusive, or infringing material. We may remove content and restrict access where these rules are broken.
Intellectual Property
The articles, text, images, and original graphics published on APKBZ are our intellectual property or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link for commentary, review, or educational purposes. Republishing full articles, translating them wholesale, or presenting our work as your own is not permitted without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, APKBZ and its authors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content, including device misconfiguration, data loss, or loss of a customized setup. User Submissions
When you send us a message, a correction, a setup description, or any other material, you grant us permission to use the substance of it to improve our content — for example, by incorporating a reported menu path or a reproduced bug scenario into a revised guide. We will not publish your name or email address alongside such material without your consent. Do not send us anything confidential, and do not send files: we do not accept APK files, layout backups containing personal data, or archives from readers, and unsolicited attachments are deleted unread for security reasons.
Governing Principles
These terms are intended to be read fairly and in good faith. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect, and the unenforceable provision will be read as narrowly as necessary to make it valid. Our failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
